Future Consultants Program (FCP) —a structured initiative designed for undergraduates and graduates to develop core consulting skills and gain hands-on experience with real client projects.
Program Overview:
A structured consulting internship designed to provide young professionals with:
- Hands-on experience in management consulting.
- Core consulting skills such as problem-solving, data analysis, client communication, and business strategy.
- Direct involvement in real client engagements under expert mentorship.
Program Duration:
- Summer Cohort: 8-12 weeks (Ideal for undergraduates).
- Graduate Cohort: 3-6 months (For postgraduate students or fresh graduates).
Program Structure:
1. Core Consulting Skills (Weeks 1-2):
- Intensive training in consulting methodologies, problem-solving frameworks, stakeholder management, and business analysis.
- Case study workshops and simulations.
2. Client Engagements (Weeks 3-10):
- Work on real consulting projects in teams, guided by senior consultants.
- Conduct market research, financial analysis, process improvement, or digital transformation strategy.
- Present findings and recommendations to clients.
3. Mentorship & Networking (Ongoing):
- Each participant is assigned a mentor from senior leadership.
- Networking sessions with alumni, partners, and industry leaders.
4. Capstone Project & Presentation (Final Weeks):
Participants work on a strategic challenge and present their solutions to a leadership panel.
